Ashley founded FAR Inspections in 2014 with one inspector and a client base in a single California county. Today, FAR is a national operation working with every major mortgage field service company in the industry.

Before FAR, Ashley led growth at an early-stage home remodeling company, where operational systems and key hires took the company's revenue up 600% over five years.

Vendor & Insurance Loss Manager
Vikki manages client-inspector relationships and runs FAR's insurance loss program. Whether an inspector has a question, a homeowner needs to be reached on a loss draft order, or a client needs an answer today, she keeps it moving. Before FAR, she spent years in the inspections department at one of the largest national MFS companies.
Vendor Manager
Sherry is the connection point between FAR's clients and our inspectors. Whether an order needs to be reassigned, an inspector has a question, or a client needs an answer today, the work flows through her. Before FAR, she spent years across both preservation and inspections at one of the largest national MFS companies.
Recruiting Manager
Lane runs FAR's inspector recruiting and onboarding. Because she's dedicated to recruiting full-time, FAR has applicants ready before clients need them, vetted before they reach client work, and onboarded consistently. When client volume picks up, Lane has already started the work.
Field Mentor
Tammy is FAR's field mentor. She works with every new inspector to make sure FAR's photo and reporting standards are clear before they take on client work. The result is a consistent inspector network that delivers accurate, complete reports every cycle.
Insurance Loss Specialist
Kathy works the day-to-day flow of FAR's loss draft orders. She tracks every order from inspector outreach through completion, keeping inspectors and clients informed at every stage. When a homeowner stops responding or a client needs an update, the back-and-forth lands with her.
